Reagents for Subtracting Differentially Expressed mRNA for Microarray and cDNA Library
Construction Purposes
DNA Technologies’s mRNA Subtraction Kit is designed for identifying
differentially expressed genes for microarray and cDNA library construction purposes. In
higher eukaryotes, biological processes such as cellular growth and organogenesis are mediated
by differential gene expression. To understand molecular regulation of these processes, differentially
expressed genes of interest must be identified for microarray application and cDNA clone
identification purposes.
