DNA Technologies ReadyWestern™ Immuno Blots are ready-to-use Western
Blots/ Immuno Blots that are prepared from Tissue Lysates from hard to obtain human and mouse
tissues. Seventy micrograms of Protein Lysates are electrophoresed on 4-20% poly acrylamide
gel and electro-blotted on PVDF membrane. To test equal loading, PVDF membrane is probed with
